The new memorial was created on a pedestrian plaza in Braham Street in Aldgate. The space contains a plaque paying tribute to London's transport workers who tragically lost their lives to coronavirus, as well as benches to allow quiet reflection and remembrance.
The works consisted of installing a new bespoke granite kerbing to the permiter of the soft landscaped area. Installation of NAL Sockets, ducting, drainage & yorkstone paving.
Planter walls were reconditioned and repainted to provide a peaceful reflection space.
