Gavigan Paving Ltd recently carried out works in a courtyard  at Covent Garden called Old Brewers Yard.

We were tasked with excavating existing granite cobbled setts, installing new fire vents and relaying the existing cobbled setts on Steintec bedding material. 

​

The works are part of the Guinness Brewery plans to use this space as a covered courtyard for outdoor eating and drinking as part of their new Micro Brewery in the heart of one of London's busiest tourist spots, Covent Garden.

Works were a success and handed over on time to ensure the next phase of the major project continued without delay. All deliveries & works areas had to be planned with the estate management team to avoid any disruption to the existing businesses.
