A new development of 10 apartments built on the previous garages to the rear of 38-44 Thorneloe Gardens.

Gavigan Paving Ltd were tasked with carrying out all hard landscaping works.

The works consisted of installed a concrete formwork retaining wall to the perimeter of the site. Installation of foundations for bin stores, cycle stores and the stairs. 

​

We completed the works with a Tegula paving surface finish, and asphalt parking area including street furniture installation & lining works to segregate parking.
